The developer is creating an app that will tie into the GMax float stage clean power output while in full operations. The app guest will be given a 2-step passcode for wireless access to the “output metering of billable electricity, in compliance with the Power Purchase Agreement. As there will be various levels of access, most guests will have the ability to monitor daily progress for metered electricity output validation, now integrated with new AI features in 2025. This app will be operational in conjunction with the GMax Tidal Energy New York Pilot Project launch.
